My LO has been waking up at some point in the night almost regularly, like screaming. I've been going in but can never get her to lay back down so I end up sleeping with her in the living room. Dh and I were just discussing letting her cry for a bit tonight if she wakes up. The only thing I can think of is that we recently weaned her off the binky. She used to be a great sleeper!

It just depends on what's going on. We just got over being sick so things are still getting back to normal. Before getting sick she was sttn.

Miss A still wakes at night so I nurse her then we bedshare for the rest of the night. If she wakes before 11 I try to put her back I to the cot after nursing her.

We let her cry for a couple minutes to see if she'll settle down but usually go in since that is not the norm. Always check her diaper since she sometimes goes overnight. We put her back to bed awake.

We had this happen a couple of times last month. If he's standing in his crib awake and asking for something we go in there. Lately, it's been poop related. If he's not, still has paci, and looks okay, he cries it out.

We wait ten minutes to see if he can work it out on his own. Then we'll go in if he's still whining/crying and let him lay on our shoulder for a bit to calm down. We try really hard not to rock him or let him fall asleep in our arms unless he's sick.

Do you get them? Let them cry?

My 19 month old was up twice last night and is screaming his head off right now. Not normal for him, but probably happens every two weeks or so. Ugh!!!
