I exercise until around 630 then I shower, take the dog out, and dry my hair. If she's still asleep I either make breakfast and relax or get ready depending on if we need to leave the house in the morning. My LO sleeps through the night and wakes to nurse at 5 but then catnaps until about 6:30. Usually I'm in bed by 10 so that's a solid 7 hours of sleep and plenty for me. So I thought this morning I should just get up and go for a nice run. I'm terrible at managing my time. Now that LO seems to be getting back to a decent wake-up time, I would like to start waking up before her to workout and eat/shower.
