@shortcake: Same here...my last "bump photo" is waiting for the US tech! If she had turned they would have induced or gone ahead with a csec, though, because she'd be considered unstable. I had other placental issues, though.

FWIW, there was once or twice I was *positive* that she'd flipped, but she was stubbornly breech. I think it's so hard to tell!

My first was full breech and never turned. My OB said that she always gives everyone a last minute ultrasound before a c section bc most women don't know if the baby has turned or not.

@PinkElephant: That is why I'm so convinced it hasn't moved, because I can still feel body parts sticking out. Who knows, though! Thanks for the encouraging words.

@Amorini: That is great news!!

@yoursilverlining: I feel so sure that I would feel it. Mostly because I think I can feel the head all the time. :) Maybe I'll be surprised on Thursday at my appt.

I didn't, but I was also super, super uncomfortable - so it wasn't like an extra bit of pain would have been noticeable :silly:

Like @PinkElephant, I was 32w or so when this baby (still cooking!) was breech. I am getting weekly scans and he or she turned within the week before my 33w next scan. I didn't feel it and totally thought I would! Still head down at 35w despite constantly moving!

Nope. My dd2 flipped at 34w to breech, and by 37 she'd flipped back. I never felt her, but I was doing cat cows and bridge lifts like it was my job.

I don't exactly fit your situation, but DD2 turned from breech around 31/32 weeks, and I definitely felt it. She was wedged in some kind of transverse position for a good 30-60 minutes, and I found it REALLY uncomfortable.

I'm not sure if that is typical, though. I'm currently having a lot of ultrasounds for DD3, and at 31 weeks I'm able to tell from those (and actually from the shape of my belly!) that she's easily turning from transverse to various vertical positions without me knowing most of the time.

ETA: If you're looking for a glimmer of hope...I WILL add that there have been times in all three of my pregnancies that I'm POSITIVE I'm feeling a head/bum, and it turns out to be the opposite part. I think arm vs leg movements are kind of hard to differentiate, too!

At my appt. last week (37 weeks), baby was still transverse. I can feel where the head is, so I know it hasn't turned yet. If your baby was breech/transverse and it did turn before you went into labor, did you feel it when it happened?

Looking for a glimmer of hope here! :)
