After a few months we just left it on C all the time and only took it off once a week to give it a good cleaning. She wore the necklace in the day and the anklet at night. Nothing in the bath...I feel like I read they shouldn't get soap or anything on them? We had to stop wearing them at about 8 months (which is right when she actually got teeth! ) because she was always pulling on them and I was just too nervous. I didn't want her wearing them in the car etc . Food gets all in it and it is grosssss.
