Usually she wakes up and has milk and cereal or yogurt w granola. She eats a full breakfast at home before school - eggs, waffles, berries, sausage and milk. Then she goes to school and sometimes eats what they are serving, too! I try to keep breakfast small and remind her she will eat at school but she is really hungry first thing in the morning and we don't get to school until 8. What does your lo eat before school if they eat breakfast there?
