Mine is definitely a real office with bookcases and plugged in printer. His is the place that he houses his bachelor loveseat and chair, guitars &amp; keyboard, and more books. Once we have a LO one of the two spaces will remain as an office. The comfy couch &amp; chair will find a new home at Goodwill. We plan to reuse some of the existing office furniture for the baby. With the lost storage, we will just add more shelving into the consolidated office closet. For now, his "office" feels very much like useless, wasted space, but he loves having something that's all his. We have a California king down there for guests (it's finished), plus I keep boxes there. Two of the rooms upstairs were guest room-one has a full and one had a twin and we also kept our bikes and winter clothes back in that closet. Now we're turning the guest room with the full bed into LO#2's nursery </p>
