We accidentally bought her a set of Disney puzzles that had the tiniest pieces (about age 3) and she LOVED them! 150+ pieces. We all sit at the table and work on them. She still can't do any of the big ones all alone (age 5; 200+ pieces) but she'll sit and work on them for a ridiculously long time. </p> <p>We get these box sets that have 10 puzzles in them. They're usually about $20 and there's like 10 puzzles in it. LO was puzzle crazy for a while after Christmas. He settled down some and is playing with a lot of the same ones. He's not quite ready to do a 48 piece independently but we tried one together. We got him some new ones at Christmas and those got too easy for him, so we got him some harder ones a few weeks ago, and those are too easy now too. He seems to be content doing the same one over and over even though it takes very little time, but I'd like to keep challenging him. Also, its great independent play when it takes a while ;) </p> <p>But I feel like if I keep buying new puzzles I'm going to a) go broke and b) go insane from all the new toys. Does anyone have a solution? I did some quick googling and haven't found any evidence of puzzle check outs at our library or a "netflix of kid's puzzles". Wondering if anyone knows of anything I'm missing or has other creative solutions... </p>
