Late to bed means up even earlier. Most days he goes to bed at 7:00pm and is up around 6:00am. On the weekends, he drinks a bottle at 6:00am and goes back down till 8:00am. B is awake at 4:30 most mornings. E sleeps in until 5:30...even if they go to bed at 10pm. Luckily, they can fall asleep by 7pm and still wake up at the same time too. Usually that only happens on the weekends, when we're a little looser with their sleep schedules. But they rarely wake up any later than 8:30 am... even if they didn't sleep enough. So we rely on naps to catch them on their sleep, when possible. We'll have to do that tomorrow, since our daughter just fell asleep at 10:45 pm. If your kids go to bed late, do they sleep in?
