In theory, they get what we eat...but I seriously do not want my guys waking up hungry! We try to always have SOMETHING on the plate they will eat, and they can have as much as they want. That is typically avocado, cheese and/or bread. So they eat what we're eating and if they don't want it they will just fill up on one of those things. That way it does not feel like I'm making a separate meal, but I don't feel like I'm letting them go hungry. I always give her the staples she will eat and then a few varieties of things and then offer her what I am eating.
