DH worked hard on it. We were expecting a kit, but all it came with was cut wood, a bag of bolts and the guards. Nothing was pre-drilled and it badly needed reinforcment. He even cut the bricks around it himself. We always keep it covered when not in use and because the cover is like a tarp, moisture comes in and it keeps it perfect for sand castle making. But even if the sand gets dry, we just water it. It's funner when you can make sand castles :happy:</p> <p>BTW, that little sandbox of ours has 25 bags of sand (20 kilos each). He put mesh under it so it keeps the sand in/weeds out but still allows for drainage if it rains. The sand doesn't really fly out at all. However it is fairly tall.
