Rash started on Sunday but didn't peak until Tuesday AM (a full week after the fever started). By Tuesday PM the rash was 95% gone. Her mood was much improved this AM (Wed).</p> <p>Good luck!!! I believe what happened was a fever for 3 days and then after the fever broke the was suddenly a terrible rash ... The rash appeared yesterday morning, and she screamed all morning long and slept most of the day when she wasn't crying. Then this morning, she has been so lethargic and irritable and won't eat solids at all, but I thought she would be feeling better now that the fever is gone. We have a follow up appointment tomorrow, but I'm trying to gauge if this is typical with roseola. </p>
