I taught her to spray generously on her hands (she asks a friend to help ) and then rub it all over her cheeks, forehead, nose and chin. I make her put lotion on her face every morning the same way so it was easier. </p> <p>The camp my kids go to has a specific sunscreen time when they go outside. Being stubborn and independent, she insists on doing it herself fairly often, and with practice, knows to get her cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin. It’s easy for him to spray on his hands and rub his face. Last year at his summer camp the counselors were able to help if the kids asked. But this year we are doing a bunch of different camps and he has to do it all himself. I know he missed a couple days last week because his cheeks were red when he got home.
