We give DD teddy grahams as a bedtime snack. I'd say she asks for a snack 3 times a week. I think it's a stall tactic, frankly, but offer the healthy snack just in case he is truly hungry. LO has been saying she is hungry close to bedtime and if she ate her dinner well I'll typically give her a healthy snack so I don't risk her waking up all night hungry! If she didn't eat her dinner well it's a toss up but more times than not I'm a sucker and give in. </p>
