<description>&#60;p&#62;Do they go to bed earlier? Or do you try and keep them on the same schedule as normal, so that the next day isn't messed up? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;LO skipped nap yesterday so I put her to bed at 6:30 (half hour earlier), and luckily she slept in until 8:30, so it didn't mess anything up. She isn't feeling the best though, so maybe that was part of it.
