My advice: don't stress out. Remember that your baby's primary source of nutrition is still formula/breast milk. Anything else is just extra.

My son loves yogurt! We just started shredded cheese. Each day is a little different. What he seems to really enjoy one day, he is indifferent or spits out the next.

Started cereal last month and veggies /fruits this month :) She loves having my hand with the spoon and shoving it in her mouth! Her favorites so far are peas, squash, and prunes. She makes a face at Green beans but will still eat them (although she is very easily distracted when it's something she doesn't like!). And she's pretty indifferent about sweet potatoes and carrots. Seems to like them but doesn't lunge at them.

My main concern has been trying to get her "regular" so that it isn't a constipated /poopsplosion cycle where I have to give her prunes after a couple days of no poops and then it explodes out her diaper! Lol so I have been trying to cut back on the more constipating foods or mixing them with more fibrous ones. Our maybe I just need to accept that she isn't going to poo everyday anymore!

How is it going?

We just started recently and my LO isn't too interested in food (squash, bananas, carrots) but she likes drinking water!
