Then when she turned 4 months, we went through a slep regression and she started waking up more frequently again about every couple of hours, so I was nursing more at night again and the supply just picked up where we left off. The first few times it happened, I would wake up in pain, so I would hand express into the sink in our bathroom until I felt comfortable. Your supply will adjust!
