Which is hard because then I have no choice but to let her cry when she wakes MOTN now and when she wakes early from a nap she is just up... but on the other hand the lack of control is sort of making me feel more "meh" about it. Her room has blackout shades taped to the windows so it is DARK DARK and a dohm on high + we pretty much don't use the floor she's on or the one right under her at all while she is sleeping to avoid anything waking her. She's always been super sensitive to light and noise. We didn't darken my lo's room for way too long and that helped. Also sound machine. At first he did like an hour (he was always a 30 minute napper). Now at 16 months he does anywhere from 1.5-2.5 and sometimes a bit more. </p> <p>He goes down at 12:30 and went through a phase of waking up at 2 on the dot as well.
