I will let my LO stay up about an hour later if he takes a mega-nap.

I try not to let her sleep past a certain time in the afternoon unless I know we'll have a late night out of the house. Otherwise, I just put her down at the normal time. But it's rare that she takes a really long nap.

We generally keep her bedtime the same time. IF it's her late afternoon nap that she stretches out to like 6-7 then I'll push back her bedtime to 2 hours after she woke up.

We try to keep it the same, unless he skipped his nap. If he skips his nap or it gets cut short, we'll move up his bedtime. That doesn't mean he'll actually fall ASLEEP at the same time every night though. I just make sure to put him in bed at the same time.

This rarely happens but I still put her down at the same time!

We keep bedtime the same, unless it was a weekend and they had a really really long nap and seem WIDE awake at bedtime, in which case we would let them stay up a little bit. But it's amazing how their little bodies are really wired to sleep on a schedule. If you make them lie down and sleep, they probably can even with a long nap.

I always keep bedtime the same. I just make sure that she is up by a certain time for her last nap so she will still be sleepy at bedtime.

Sometimes LO will take a longer nap during the day, and I always debate if I should let her stay up later, or keep her schedule consistent so it doesn't mess things up even more. What do you do?
