DS sleeps through the night now, but doesn't go to bed until 9:30-10ish :bummed: When he did wake up at 5 am though, I was able to snuggle him a bit and feed him until he fell back asleep.

@lovehoneybee: I do this with my older one too. "It's still night time. Look, it's dark outside!!"

@Freckles: yeah she wakes around 5:30-6 and it's SO hard to get her to sleep longer. I have to get to her right away to hold/rock her.

@Freckles: yessssss. We went through the same thing probably starting at the same time. Now at 18 months (no longer nursing) he can often fall back asleep if I ignore him. If I go in his room... He is UP for the day.

DS is 10.5 months old, and i used to be able to get him back to sleep through nursing as long as he woke up before 5am. Now, it's impossible to get him back to sleep! I dislike letting him cry/fuss for too long because he doesn't end up going back to sleep and i still end up having to put him down for a nap a couple of hours later.

The power of nursing/walking probably stopped at around 8 months. Anyone else have this problem?
