Yepp! I try to settle him back into his crib first but if he wakes up before 7 and won't go back down I bring him into bed since I know we both need the rest.

Yes! Well, I used to do this a few months ago and the extra 1.5-2 hours was blissful, but then he stopped falling back asleep and would just whine in bed. If I could be guaranteed extra sleep I would do it until he can get up and entertain himself in the morning!

No, LO screams bloody murder if I try to bring him into bed. Once he's up he wants to play.

Absolutely. Now my toddler wakes at 7:30, and then we lay around snuggling and nursing for another hour most days. It's awesome.

Totally! If that doesn't work I put on the starry sky light feature on our babymonitor or the multi coloured mood light on our alarm clock hoping it'll distract DS while I close my eyes for a few more minutes

Heck yes. This is a lifesaver I only discovered in the last week or so. Anytime 5am onward if she won't settle back down in her bassinet, into bed she comes and we get anywhere from 3-6 more hours sleep.....!!!! Holla!

LO is just about 6 weeks!

If my LO wakes up early I do put them in the bed with us hoping they will go back to sleep. The main reason I do is because he expects to eat right after waking and I don't want to throw off his entire schedule for the rest of the day...
