Usually 10-15 minutes. Now if she' s really crying I will go get her since she wouldn't go back usually from that. But just fussing, rolling around, or happily just being? I leave her for a while to give her a chance! Sometimes it works....but usually not, lol. Remind me how old she is? </p> <p>When my son was on 2 naps if he woke before 1 hour, I would let him cry for a bit to encourage him to go back down. Go in and try to get them back down? Wait and see if they fall back asleep? </p> <p>LO2 will often wake up from her afternoon nap after about 30 minutes. I sometimes let her get up but then she's often ready to go back down within another half hour. I debate with myself if I should just leave her be and see what she does, or go in and try and get her back to sleep. </p>
