I asked about it here and got funny looks :)</p> <p>@Andrea: Totally agree on the grime and muck. I'm used to not wearing shoes inside schools/homes, so would be more than happy to just leave a pair of shoes at school! There is a coat room area where everyone changes into slippers or indoor shoes when they arrive. Their schools don't like kids trekking in the grime from rain/snow into their classrooms. It seems impractical (and messy) for DD1 to clamp around her classroom in boots all day. They do normally wear their outdoor shoes in the classroom. Curious about what others do! </p>
