I did a diaper change this morning And his is almost completely off and it looks painful ! It's hanging by a thread now but was a little red and bloodily where it had been ! Waaaah! My poor baby boy ! It scared me so I called the hospital baby care line and they said that was normal but still .... Ouch! Doesn't seem to be bothering baby boy at all thank goodness. :( </p>
