It seems like here the bulk of the duties is attending a few meetings per year and coordinating class parties and the parent volunteers for various events through the year. It was so hard juggling everything that I did not volunteer again. However, this year they asked me to be the class parent for LMW's toddler room. I said no, but also said if they couldn't find anyone else I would consider splitting the duties.</p> <p>Guess who is the sole class parent :(</p> <p>But it's ok. The duties are really super limited. I used to do wish lists for the class (small items for parents to donate like a bag of flour, sheets of stickers, etc for special arts and crafts) but the teachers stopped giving them to me and they just post a sign up sheet on the door.
