LO's head was so low and engaged that it corked my lady parts so my waters couldn't come out. My doctor went to try to break my water when I was completely dilated and found that there was no fluid around baby's head. We HAD to get one (it was about $100) because if you get a memory foam bed wet at all, it negates the warranty on it! And nowadays, they are MUCH more comfy than they used to be.
