Preferably 2. That way, if we decide to have 3 (which DH is not on board with, haha) it'll still be possible. It took us awhile to conceive LO though, so even if we tried for a 2 year age difference, it could end up being a lot larger of a gap. I have twin sisters who are 6 years younger and one is my best friend while the other I wouldn't get along with no matter how far apart in age we were! I'm on the fence. I'd really like to get the newborn phase over with, and I hate being pregnant so the sooner I'm done the better...but finances are a huge concern with us, and I don't know when we'll have the moola for a 2nd daycare payment. I am interested in the spacing of #3 for everyone. I would also like a 3 year gap but I do think they will be closer if we stuck with 2 years. We are (well, I am) considering a 4th - if I knew we would have 4 I would want to wait 3 years and then have #3 and 4 close together again. Just because it feels like we had just reached the "easy" stage with 2 kids, and it feels like we're starting over completely fresh with the huge diaper bag and sleepless nights and needy baby stage. Ha, maybe that's what some people want, but I am looking forward to reaching the point of all my kids being a little more independent and I don't like the idea of getting there and then immediately going back up starting over again. I loooove, love, love my babies, of course, and I wouldn't trade that first year or two for anything, but it's HARD and I think I'd rather have them all on top of each other and get it done and over with.
