<description>&#60;p&#62;When I started pumping, DS was eating every 3 hours and going down for a nap every 90 minutes.  Therefore, I would pump every time he went down for a nap.  Of course, that was back when he was a sleepy baby and would take longer than a 45 minute nap.  But essentially, I was either feeding the baby or pumping every 90 minutes or so.
