I knew a few days before testing. I wasn't surprised to see my second BFP/pregnancy at all. That said, I knew something was up the first time and suspected pregnancy and hadn't even been TTC and hadn't missed my period and still tested. I had already gone up a full cup size too.<br /> By 9w the 2nd time (the week I had my MC), I have zero symptoms. Those felt the same &amp; the symptoms tipped me off the first time that something could be up.</p> <p>This pregnancy, I had similar symptoms but different intensities.
