I couldn't sit or lay down. I was walking or standing for hours. It was exhausting. I finally got an epidural and got some much needed rest, but I'm wondering if I'll repeat the same cycle with my next labor. </p> <p>So if you've been through labor more than once, did you prefer the same labor positions each time? </p>
