I had to send them pics and the serial number, but it was really easy.

<description>&#60;p&#62;How do they tend to handle defective gear within the warranty? We have a Mesa with straps that won't tighten evenly anymore (after a little over 2 months), so one side ends up loose. I'm totally kicking myself now for buying this online for the Black Friday discount, because BBB would have taken it back!  :bummed: If I end up having to send it back we'd be without a car seat obviously. &#60;/p&#62;
