I've gotten it around O time for the past 2 months, and of course got the acute flu-like symptoms too. It takes about a day and a half to resolve before I feel human again. </p> <p>Hot compresses, massage with oil, and a lot of bf'ing and pumping. KellyMom has a bunch of good suggestions. My midwife recommended that I take 1200mg/day when I first got clogged ducts so now I have a giant bottle from costco. The only thing that worked for me besides having DD nurse, was to squeeze/push as hard as I could on the clogged duct while pumping.
