With my son, I was emotional and suspected, with this baby, my son told me I had a baby in my belly so I took a test. With my early miscarriage, I didn't get a positive until a few days later than the others so I think the hormones were always much lower. I didn't notice anything with LO #1 or my miscarriage though. I'm having cramps now that are likely AF coming, but that's how it felt before DS1 too. With my miscarriage, also 9dpo (neg at 8dpo). With my current pregnancy, though, implantation didn't even happen until 9dpo (I felt it in the evening before bed) - no BFP until 10dpo and it was SUPER light. First pregnancy (which ended at 8 weeks) I can't for the life of me remember when I got a bfp but I must have been testing early. With DS1 I tested for the first time at 12dpo and got my bfp. DS2 was a surprise and I was six weeks along (it turned out) when I tested. Last cycle I had a CP with a faint positive on 9 DPO and obvious positive at 10 DPO. I'm currently 11DPO with a BFN and feeling like because I had such an early positive in the past it would be a bfp by now... I didn't test earlier than that because of too many months of disappointment by testing early. This time was a squinter at 8 dpo- I tested because I felt off, exhausted, and nauseous, then blaring positive at 13 dpo since I didn't trust the squinter.
