My doctor said its a combination of adjusting my expectations from birth control and age. So women report that they have heavier or more painful periods, wonky cycles, etc. because they were used to what their cycles were like on birth control. She had a vaginal delivery took her 6 weeks STD and then scheduled the tubal and was able to take another 6 weeks of STD.
