I don't mind a bit of gore but this verged on the ridiculous. I probably spent about three scenes of the movie with my hands over my eyes. Parts of it were quite good, but be prepared. It didn't help that I had morning sickness at the time and already felt like throwing up. There are 2 scenes that were particularly difficult to watch (I looked away in anticipation!). But other than that not too bad, assuming you like a little blood and guts. Django is more graphic than Basterds. Some of the blood in Django looked comically fake to me. I covered my eyes a few times, but all in all it was worth it. I haven't seen Inglorious Basterds in a long while, but Django was quite graphic. There was a lot of unnecessary, unrealistic and hilarious blood. I don't mind looking away if there are one or two really graphic scenes. I saw Inglorious Basterds and loved that one.
