This time last year I was in a freak accident and since then I've felt very tense and anxious when driving. I've only driven with the baby very few times. Can't stop reliving the accident-someone just drove into my car for no reason! I start thinking what if they were in a car crash, or had a heart attack, or fell down the stairs... all sorts of crazy paranoid thoughts. I think these things about myself as well and then think about how it would affect my son. </p> <p>Does anyone else worry like this all time? </p>
