<description>&#60;p&#62;It is 95 degrees right now in Dallas. I've been so sedentary this whole pregnancy, anxiously awaiting the time when it is hot enough and the water is warm enough that I can go swimming. I think that day is today. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm so ready to feel buoyant and move my body a little bit! I feel like an 80 year old woman after not working out for the last 3 months.
