@FutureMrsMcK: Yayyyyyy!!!! That is excellent. Today was good for me and DD as well - for the first time in a long time, she actually was in a good mood in the morning.

I can commiserate with you though. I feel like there should be more good days than bad. But I guess it just makes us REALLY enjoy the good days. *ahhhhh* sigh of relief :-)

I'm sorry you've had a rough week but I'm happy to see today has been so good!

Today has been good so far! I woke up to see that I was gifted a gold subscription. DS woke up in a good mood and ate most of his breakfast without throwing anything on the floor. I ordered him a Zoli bot cup and it arrived on Tuesday. We've been using it since yesterday and he loves it! We've been struggling with him drinking his milk and he's been drinking every bit from the Zoli. He also liked banging his old sippy cup on any surface and spilling milk everywhere. He can't do that with the Zoli! It's been great!! Now, DS is napping. I'm resting and hanging out on HB!

I'm glad you are having a great day!!

Mine's not too shabby either.. I went to my first PT appt to deal with my tension headaches, and afterwards treated myself to some preggo-safe sushi! Now I'm working on homework, and it looks like I'm 2 weeks ahead in one class. WIN!

I have a cranky teething baby, everytime I put her on the floor to go to the bathroom etc she screams. So I haven't managed to eat today and its nearly lunchtime. I'm nursing her now and hopefully she'll go to sleep so I can get a quick break! So it's feeling like a long day so far.

Aw I'm glad things improved for you!!

I'm having a horrible day. At home LO will only sleep either on me... Or swaddled in her rock n play. Well she starts day care Monday where she has to sleep unswaddled in a crib. I've been trying all day to get her in her crib and she is just NOT having it. I just don't know what to do. I tried many times before and always failed and just went back to what worked. Now I hate myself for not pushing it because I feel like she's going to be so miserable at day care. I just want to cry.

I feel like I have had endless string of crap days the past few weeks. Endless teething by a cranky, clingy baby, loss of patience, lots of tears (and Evan cried some too). I know I've posted about it some here, but wanted to share the better times as well.

It took a while to get home down last night, but once we did he slept from 10 (his bedtime is usually 9) to 7am, I nursed him and then he slept until 9:30. This is exponentially better than earlier this week/last week when he was waking me up every hour.

I managed to get the right proportion of coffee beans to water so the coffee was perfect this morning. E was in a great mood and played with DH while I made us all breakfast.

I've managed to stretch his awake time to 2 hours today. He barely fussed at all before going down for his naps, all of which have lasted at least an hour (our usual sch of awake/nap is 90/30). He's been generally happy, only cried when he woke up from his first nap (and lit up as soon as I walked in) and STOOD UP ON HIS OWN IN THE TUB!

And Zach Braff did/is doing an AMA over on Reddit :)

Anyway, I've had a lot of bad days lately and just wanted to share a happy day.

Tell me about your day!
