@babynumber1: She's 11 weeks old today. I guess it's not so much that I hope she stays to this exact time schedule as much as I'd like for her to consistently have at least one nap a day. She's been getting way too tired without one.

How old is your LO? Our favorite saying around our house is that "its just a phase.' That applies to the good and the bad. My LO is 4 months and is constantly switching stuff up on us. The really only consistant thing she does is her 530-630 nap and her 8p bed time.

My LO before was sleeping from about 11-4:30 then from about 5:30-8 or 9. She was also eating all day (I'm guessing growth spurt since she gained almost a pound last week alone). The past two days have been very different though. She was super fussy Monday and eating all day. But Monday night, she started waking up every 3-4 hours. Which sounds awful BUT the past two days she's woken up at 9:30 to eat and gone down for a nap around 11:45-12 (falling asleep after about 20-30 minutes in the swing. And she's actually napping during the day which she wasn't doing before. Also, she got really fussy (like an "I'm tired" fussy) when I tried to start her bedtime routine at 9:30 like we've been doing. She fell asleep around 10:30 last night so tonight I'm going to try to start the routine earlier and see what happens.

I do like the longer stretches of sleep but I think right now I'll take an extra nighttime feeding since they're shorter (like 15 minutes) and she's actually napping during the day and doing something other than eating. I'm hoping this is the start of a routine.
