Put her down and I sat in the glider beside her crib. She cried for less than one minute and then fell asleep. She's a sleep pooper though lately....super fun! She woke up to nurse at 12 and 2:30 (big poop at 2:30, so I think that's what woke her up), which are pretty typical wake-ups lately. At 12 she went right back to sleep but woke up a few minutes later and cried for about 15 minutes and then fell asleep. At 2:30 she was out cold immediately and slept straight through until 7:20, her usual wake up time.</p> <p>As for her crying at bedtime, she's always been a good sleeper, but a little fussy at bedtime. No matter what we do, even if we're holding her, there are usually some tears, so I think the crying was inevitable, as it happened even when I was in the room with her and picked her up. I wish people would recognize that some babies just cry no matter what and that there is no one-size-fits-all sleep strategy for babies.</p> <p>I am so happy.
