<description>&#60;p&#62;I built a ton of muscle mass (but maintained the same weight) a couple years ago by joining a gym and hiring a personal trainer. The place had $15/month membership and they would do deals on training, depending on what you were willing to pay. I would have one training session a week, and he would show me what stuff I should do the rest of the week. I probably went in 4x a week. I need physical accountability (like a class or session I've already paid for), or I won't do anything! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Granted, this was all before having a baby. So far, in the 5 months since having LO, I've done 3 sets of squats.... chirp chirp....
