Partly maybe because you (we?) are at the age when everybody is at least close to TTC so it seems like it's baby, baby, baby all the time. Before my BFP, I also just became hyper-aware because it's what I wanted for myself, but my logical side is telling me that there are maybe just about the same number of pregnant ladies and parents with their babies as before!</p> <p>@futuremama: OMG that New Girl episode almost slayed me. 90% of your eggs would have died by the time you're 30?! Is that true? We were decorating our hall, stairs and landing and had spilled some paint on a bit of cardboard that we'd put down to stand the paint cans on. The drip was in the shape of a sperm!! When I discussed my baby fever with DH, I ran into the hall and grabbed the bit of cardboard, waving it at him saying "look, the signs are everywhere". DH and I watched "What to Expect When You're Expecting" and the next day the movie "Babymakers" showed up in our mailbox, I had been seeing baby/pregnancy stuff EVERY.WHERE. I thought I was losing my mind, then I got a BFP the next day. One of the new mom's at work just came back from maternity leave today, so even the office is all "babies, babies, babies" </p> <p>So very odd... am i more attuned to it because i'm so focused on it or is it just one of those things that comes in waves and is an odd coincedence? </p>
