I usually get a few really bad colds each year but went almost my entire pregnancy without one. After though (and while breastfeeding), I've been getting one each month it seems. Not sure if it is due to having a child in daycare or that my immune system is more run down. I work in a school and I went the whole school year without being sick. I usually at least get a cold or two. I had my LO in July and I've had three colds that have knocked me down for at least a week. I just had a cold at Thanksgiving and now I'm sick again!! Is there anything I can do to boost my immune system? Does breastfeeding effect our immune systems? I'm sick of being sick!! </p>
