Yep! It's me. I saw you on here a couple weeks ago, but didn't want to be a creepy stalker ;) Thanks for your kind words. I've actually thought about you a lot because I remembered you had a MC before J, so it's a comfort to me to think about.

I'm so sorry for your loss. :( I'm glad that you were able to pass it on your own. I've had a d&c and passed one naturally too. Both were relatively painless. Just some pressure with having to take something to help dilate my cervix to help things along. Advil helped with some of the pain. I took it as a precaution. As for TTC again. My OB told me both times to wait until after my next period to start trying so it can be sooner than the few months that you've heard. But I don't think it hurts to wait a few months for your body to completely heal from the miscarriage. I wasn't ready until a few months later after both miscarriages anyway so it just worked out that way. Take it easy the next couple of weeks. One of the nurses at the hospital told me that having a miscarriage is like delivery a baby and your body will go through a similar process like delivery a full-term baby. Your emotions will be similar too. So take it easy and enjoy time with your first born. The second time it happened for me was so much easier b/c I had my oldest to keep me distracted. He was 2 then so at a really cute and fun age. Hang in there!!

I just wanted to lend you some support. I unfortunately went through my 4 miscarriage a few weeks ago.

I've waited at least a cycle or two between miscarriages to start TTC again. It gave my body time to heal and also allowed me to start to feel like myself again. I too range in emotion from being fine one minute to a mess the next. PM if you want to talk, but take your time in recovering. I'm so sorry for your loss :heart:

@Jess1483: :crying: You may feel like that, the pulling yourself together then falling apart, for quite a while. I wore sunglasses a lot when I had my miscarriage, inside shops too, so I could have a bit of a cry wherever I was and no one would know. It's such a sad, sad experience to go through and it was six or seven weeks until I could smile and laugh and actually feel that joy inside me too. I'm ten weeks past my mc now and I am back to normal feelings wise but still think about my lost baby a lot every single day. Be kind to yourself, big hugs x

@travelgirl1: @TheSwissWifeStyle:
Thanks ladies. I'm glad I'm not alone, but I sure wish that didn't mean others have experienced it. I think I passed the baby last night. It was really hard, but not painful. Today has been hard. I can pull myself together and then I just totally fall apart. I feel awful for my husband, too. He is really broken about it. My son is what is pulling us through. He is so sweet and keeps giving me hugs and making me laugh. It's amazing how much they can sense. Today is just some cramping and heavy-period bleeding.
@jaguar: I'm so sorry to be in this position with you.
I met with the nurse-midwife yesterday and she said they like to have you wait a few months to TTC. I want to talk to the doctor, but that seems unnecessary. What did other docs say about it?

@Jess1483: I'm so, so sorry :(

My last 2, I passed on my own. The first one of those wasn't too bad at all. With the last one it was a bit more painful. But for the last one, I was on vacation and still went out every day with no real issues. I only seemed to pass POC and bleed when I used the bathroom. For both of them, I never noticed anything recognizable. It was just like a really heavy and clotty period. Take some ibuprofen (3 at a time, every 6 hours if your cramping is bad) and use a heating pad if you can. Stay home, watch TV, eat ice cream. Take care of yourself :heart:

Again, I'm so sorry. Sending you tons of love and healing thoughts. You are not alone.

@Jess1483: :crying: I'm sorry.
My natural miscarriage wasn't painful at all, I has cramping when the bright red bleeding started and that was all, but I did feel very, very sick and nauseous for a few days. Two days after I first started bleeding I felt something slipping out of me and it was like a bubble, about the size of a walnut. I think that was the baby and sac. A few more tissue-type things passed through in the next few hours after that. I was terrified of passing the baby but it wasn't as bad as I had expected. Take care of yourself, it's such a sad experience to go through. Big hugs to you :heart:

I'm definitely miscarrying. My doctor said to expect 1-2 hours of intense cramping/bleeding. So far all I feel is early-period cramping. Can anyone share stories of a naturally-passed miscarriage?

Can you not go out of town ? I worry about you. I went through a similar deal, I was so afraid and I wasn't even the one going out of town - my husband was. I was expecting that I would miscarry, and wanted someone to be there for me if I started bleeding / need someone to take me to ER...etc. (well but he had to go anyway, and I ended up having a healthy baby) I can't imagine if you would be not at home...

Best wishes to you and I hope it all works out.... thinking of you.
