@Stardust17: I'm sorry. I think I posted on your other thread.... I am in a similar situation (AMH 0.1), However I think the "predictability" of AMH is highly overstated. Do NOT give up hope. There is way more to conceiving than some labs.

@pachamama: unfortunately it wasn’t implantation bleeding. Recently started Provera to hopefully kickstart a regular cycle but just posted about my recent AMH level being 0.27...there may not be another LO for us and my heart is breaking.

First of all I'm so sorry about your mc. I also had a miscarriage recently (November). I didn't have implantation bleeding, but have heard it happens right around when AF is due, so if you're day 21ish it might be early. What I did have after my mc was irregular cycles, and in Jan I spotted off and on from CD 16 to CD 26, and had the same thought as you, implantation bleeding, but no dice. The good news is that the spotting really marked the end of the crazy post-miscarriage cycles for me. Fingers crossed that you're pregnant, but barring that I hope you have the same experience I did and this midcycle spotting is the end of the post-miscarriage hormone rollercoaster for you.

Similar experience to PP’s sister...I had what I thought was my first postpartum period when DS was 13 months old. I took a pregnancy test on whim a month later, and it was positive, so I assumed I was 4 weeks pregnant. When I went in for my 10 week appointment, it turned out I was actually 14 weeks  That period I had was actually implantation bleeding (lasted about 4 days).

For me, a bunch of times what I thought was implantation bleeding was actually my period startng- the stress of TTC would make me spot for about 3 days prior and 3 days after.
My sister had implantation bleeding so bad she thought it was a period! So she didn't even POAS. She's 17 weeks now!
So ya never know

I didn’t experience implantation bleeding with mybfirst and had a MC in Dec. 2017 so my cycles have been too irregular to chart with OPK. I’m totally optimistic BUT I did experience some dark brown spotting 2 days ago (right after a vigorous workout) but only one time. Yesterday I noticed light pink spotting on my liner but after I changed it, I didn’t see anything rest of day. So far today, nothing. Last (probable) cycle ended around 3/23 and I don’t know the last time I ovulated.
What was your experience with implantation bleeding? Could this be? Also feeling fatigued and some harder bowel movements (which is not likely for me since I have crohns).

Thanks!
