Spotted / bled off and on throughout entire first tri. Had a healthy baby and now healthy 4 year old. </p> <p>Second, has avout 2 days of spotting maybe 3 days before my period was due? I was so sure my period was gonna come but nothing. Spottin stopped after 2 days and nothing else. For all the time I was TTC, I had always wished to have implantation bleeding.
