This is a reality of BF. </p> <p>I don't have a baby yet, but I once attended a lunch time lecture at the university I work at and one of the professors (the lecture was given by a husband/wife duo) breastfed her baby through the whole thing while standing up at the front of the room. She lectured, responded to questions and even switched the baby from one breast to the other while responding to questions. She didn't skip a beat and I was in awe of her total comfort with all of it. Grab the my brestfriend nursing pillow and set it next to me, while holding and feeding baby 1. Go to baby 2 and grab him/her with one arm/hand, walk over to pillow and position them... Then after they're done, trying to maneuver so I can get them off safely and burp them and put back in crib. I've done SO much while BFing... hard for me to describe some things at this point... It's partly because I have a toddler too and there was a time when #2 was tiny and I BF'ed with her in a carrier... (like while at a farm for my DD's school trip... talk about multitasking, i was BFing and taking pics of my DD's first pony ride!). I've also changed my baby's diaper with one hand (just pee) while nursing and put on her pants. Sure, I've done the tv, text, and internet browsing thing, but this morning I raised my game to a new level out of desperation. </p> <p>Baby woke up after sleeping his longest overnight stretch (4 hours) and he was HUNGRY! So, I started feeding him and then I began to realize that I had to (TMI alert) poop. I didn't want to disturb the hungry baby but I couldn't wait. So, I headed over and somehow got my pajamas down and used the toilet (and my peri bottle and the toilet paper) WHILE breastfeeding. Kindof gross, I know, but it was way too funny not to share. </p> <p>(Next with my feet, I even made myself a bath while BF too).</p> <p>So, I'd love to hear:</p> <p>What have YOU managed to do while breastfeeding?! </p>
