I think it's fine! I think you don't tip. I've avoided hiring a babysitter so far and I wasn't excited that the first time we got a sitter would be for such a long event. </p> <p>LO's daycare provider offered to do it when I asked if she knew of anyone. I'm glad LO will be with a familiar person. I don't know the details but I assume it will be at her house (the in home daycare). </p> <p>Has anyone else done this? Anything I should know or plan for? We discussed rate but do I tip? </p>
