We get our freeze dried fruit and freeze dried peas from target. Enjoy life is top 8 allergen free and they have some granola and other things (I am sure a lot has rice too but you can look at them). We loved coconut yogurt a lot when he was little. Hummus was huge, chips and salsa is huge, there are some fruit and veggie pouches I just found by del monte that are very very very yummy. We like carrot sticks and oranges a lot.

N is gluten/dairy/egg free. Our go to snack is apples and peanut butter. We keep a lot of fresh fruit in the house so N gets choices. He also likes silk soy yogurts and the coconut ones too.

We do lots of fresh fruit, lots of dried fruit (sometimes I chop them to make more raisin size), various nuts, carrots or cucumber sticks with hummus, tortilla chips, Lara bars, those banana/oatmeal bars, coconut yogurt, apple sauce pouches, some Indian snacks, hard boiled egg...there are probably more but we have a selection of these daily.

@Mrs. J: worth a shot! :)

@Ash: H gobbles up pancakes. I put flaxseed in them to make them healthier, and they are also good if she's constipated.

What about guacamole? My DD loves the Wholly Guacamole and I feed it to her via tortilla chip like a spoon, haha. They have individual pods at Costco that are the perfect size for snacking.

We're not paleo or even gluten free, but we make paleo pumpkin banana pancakes and my daughter loves them:

1/2 banana
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Mix and cook like regular pancakes. The adults in our house like them too. I keep the extras in the fridge and just give them to her cold as snacks all week.

@MrsH: a lot of gluten free stuff replaces the wheat with rice :( I gave him coconut ice cream last night so maybe I'll try a yogurt! Yay!

@avivoca: yep, he eats eggs and we do almond flour.

Veggie straws/veggie booty? You'd have to check the label, though.

Edit: no go. Rice in veggie straws, cheese in booty.

my LO loves crackers and hummus (with cheese too, but you said no dairy!). He also eats melba toast at daycare often so i started buying it at home too. The daycare often serves it with tuna.

@Ash: we feed E gluten free because I can't eat it and won't feed it to her until she can tell me whether it hurts her stomach. With the feeding therapy we have gotten her to eat GF pasta, ground hamburger, avocado, GF puffs, the outside of GF corndogs ;), oatmeal, and yogurt (you could try a dairy free version). A month ago she wouldn't eat any of that stuff so I'm thankful for the therapy.

Ds has a huge problem with textures so we really struggle with snacks and meal ideas. He eats the same thing every day! They have to be dairy/rice and preferably but not necessarily gluten free. We do lots of fruit, some veggies, corn snacks, chicken nuggets... And it's getting pretty boring!
