Seeing the flowers, the sun shining, the birds in the feeder. My husband prefers the house to be dark so it keeps the heat out. He also says he gets "depressed" by looking outside on a rainy day. I just want to see outside, I don't care what the day is like! We have a gorgeous backyard, I want to see it! </p> <p>I think when I'm home on maternity leave all summer, I'll be opening the blinds in the morning after he leaves and shutting them before he gets home. Hehe.</p> <p>What do you prefer? Open or shut? </p>
