Mostly fresh, sometimes frozen but that's pretty rare. She loves fruits and veggies so it makes it easy for me!

Fresh. The only from frozen veggie we buy are peas and corn. The rest have sketchy texture and like zero flavor. Veggies like squash, potatoes, onions, sweet peppers and sweet potatoes easily last a week or bit more.

Mostly fresh but sometimes frozen veggies
And sometimes I'll add frozen blueberries to her oatmeal - the oatmeal defrosts the berries and the berries cool down the very hot oatmeal.

Fruits - fresh , we eat what's in season to save. The only non fresh fruit we eat is applesauce (she eats pouches for a snack)

Veggies - a few frozen (her faves are peas, broccoli, and green beans). We usually have fresh snap peas and squash, bell peppers, onions, potatoes, etc. No canned - I don't like the texture.

She's in a major fussy period so whatever form she'll eat. Outside of bananas, she sometimes considers pouches acceptable.

She LOVES veggie burgers, so I found the most veggie filled/low sodium one I could, and she picks veggies out of it and eats them that if I served them to her alone, she'd throw on the floor.

Always fresh fruit and veg, and half the time from mum's garden. I generally don't pay attention to price, I just buy what looks fresh and tasty

Veggies are mostly frozen (easier to make in small quantities), with some fresh. Fruits are all fresh.

Except pouches, which she gets one of per day.

Fruit is usually fresh, veggies frozen. I do have a couple bags of frozen fruit for smoothies as you suggested.
I also like to buy things I know he'll eat right away (blueberries don't stand a chance in this house) OR will have a good shelf life (apples as you said). And I like bananas because if they do get too ripe they are still great in smoothies or I make mini banana muffins and freeze them for quick breakfast or snack! My son loves them!

Veggies are mainly frozen (I hate how fast it spoils normally), fruit is fresh (but sometimes I freeze berries instead of buying frozen which have a different texture).

Fresh and frozen. He loves frozen berries and pineapples, and we use frozen corn, peas, and spinach to cook. But everything else is fresh and depends on what's available, is cheap, and looks good. And then every once in a while, as a treat for road trips etc, he might get a pouch, dried fruit, etc.

Fresh and frozen. We always have a salad and cooked veggie (often from frozen) as part of dinner. Kids always have fresh fruit for breakfast ( in the winter usually citrus).

Fresh when possible then frozen. We do canned corn and that's about t. Never canned/jarred fruits, I'm not a fan, they taste weird to me.
In the winter we'll pay a little extra for certain fruits because we know they love it but only buy enough for them. But we always have bananas in the house!

We buy big bags of frozen blueberries and mixed fruits for our smoothies from BJs!

Fresh fruits. I do the same as you with eating the berries and grapes first and saving the apples oranges and mangos for later in the week but I shop weekly. Frozen veggies.

Fresh fruit and sometimes the fruit cups that are only in fruit juice. He loves peaches that way. Veggies are a combo. We do a lot of frozen veggies, cooked, and he has veggie pouches at lunch. We don't have fresh veggies as often because they don't last. Fresh we have salads, cucumbers, carrots...mostly everything else frozen. We do not care for canned veggies so never have those.

Mostly in pouch form! For us it's a mix of fresh and frozen, depending on what it is. Peas are always canned, broccoli goes back and forth depending on if I'm steaming it or roasting. Everything else is usually fresh, with the occasional exception of frozen blueberries. I also like the Del Monte peach cups from the fridge section - I buy them for myself but sometimes share. Oh, and jarred applesauce because I've gotten too lazy to make it.

We only grocery shop every two weeks so we try and plan out what produce to buy based on how long it will last. So, for example I will get a bunch of green bananas, apples and oranges and those will last the longest. Things like berries or veggies that won't last that long we eat first. I recently bought fruit cups, which I know aren't the best but I'll take what I can get. Produce in the winter is so pricey, and just doesn't last as long so I am trying to come up with other ideas. I rarely buy frozen fruit but thought that would be great in smoothies? We do eat canned veggies at times too, which they do enjoy. Too bad it wasn't always summer around here, then we could go to the farmers market as much as we want since it's across the street from us!

In what form does your LO get they fruit and veggies? Always fresh, frozen, canned/jarred? A mix of all?
